So much funnier with Craig's commentary! With his random philosophy and "my ole dad used to say..." How many Takeshi fans on here?

kind of a enduracy test for the japanese. y'know, stuff like running across a wobbly bridge holding a golden ball while the guards pelt black balls at them.
that was just random.

well not entirely like that, there's no points awarded for stuff or any hosts it's just craig as a voiceover.
it starts with 100 contestants and they each get eliminated as they fail to complete the task. then the contestants who made it all through the last round go into a showdown and fight againest the guards for takeshis castle in little cars firing water guns at each others hoops. once the matierial in the ring splits they're out. ive been watching it for a couple of months now, and i've only seen 1 person win. but that was a parent and child duo.

It's hilarious. Fimled in the 80s (which explains the outfits) it has 100 contestants. The idea is to get through variously stupid and jackass like tasks to eventually storm count takeshi's castle. MOst of the tasks result in the contestant getting very wet, veyr muddy or very bashed up.
My favourite task is where they have to run against a wall with 4 doors. 3 or the doors are made of wood and one of paper mache. They have to run head first and full pelt into a door and hope they run into the paper one.
I also like skipping stones. They have to run across a pond with slidy stones in the water and make it across without getting wet. Some of the stones are floating and others are secure so most people smash their shins off the stones or look really stupid trying to get their balance.
If you have challenge TV it's on each weekday from 5 til 6.
