If you have a special place where you keep your RD stuff, post a pic here! (I know I have!)

awesome! Your wall's the same colour as mine lol. I just have my dvds and videos sitting on top of a bookcase, not very impressive really, plus I have a pic of Lister and Rimmer stuck on the wall behind it I'd love some RD posters but I can't find anywhere to buy them

The pics are just printed off the computer LOL, I probably don't have anymore time on here coz I got another load of homework to do! Homework sucks. Plus I got 2x more than the rest of the class coz I didn't know you had to copy something into neat...I only finished the first part at midnight yesterday!

you got 2x more than everyone else? You poor thing! grrr... death to homework!! ;D ;D btw I love the way the spines line up on your dvds, mine don't do that. I don't know if it's just the Aussie versions or what. My pics were printed off the computer too... but yours look pretty good so you must have a decent printer

Got MORE homework today but thankfully it's not due in till the 15th so I've got plenty of time to watch RD!

btw I love the way the spines line up on your dvds, mine don't do that. I don't know if it's just the Aussie versions or what. Yeah, the Australian versions don't, unfortunately. I've got 2 from Oz and 2 (soon to be 3) from the UK, so now I have to get the others from the UK so I can keep the spines matching, hehe People might think that's a bit pedantic but I don't care... I like that they line up, and also the UK gets them before Oz does, so that's even more of an incentive... it's not too expensive either... but that's just personal preference

Yeah. It's actually normally the Aussies who get stuff first. Like the internet. You've had it for 10 years or so now haven't you?

we have? Yay, I didn't know that, lol ;D SE, do you need a special sort of DVD player to play the UK versions? Isn't there a region code that prevents you from playing DVDs manufactured overseas?

Yeah, you need a multi-regional player... I'm lucky in that mine is, so I can watch things from the US and UK as well If you're not sure about your player, you can always check it out on the net to see if it says anything about it, and if it's not mulit-regional, there are patches you can find to make it so that it is... Yeah. It's actually normally the Aussies who get stuff first. Like the internet. You've had it for 10 years or so now haven't you? Huh? I don't know about that... We've never really had movies, TV shows, etc... come out here before anywhere else. We apparently follow the UK's trend, though, especially for DVD releases at the moment. They got the Buffy and Angel DVDs long before the US did, and so did we, because we got ours shortly after the UK... We actually got the Shrek 2 DVD before the US as well, as did the UK... But most of the time we've had to wait months, even years (back in the "old days" ) for things to be released over here. I'm not sure about the internet though, that's... well I really wouldn't know, I seriously doubt we would have had it before the US though... that just doesn't seem right to me
