When I was in my school libary, (It was a libary lesson) I went up to the counter with my H2G2 book and the libarian said "Are you listening to the thing on the radio?"and I said "Yeah of course I am ;D!" I dunno but all the teachers seem suprised when I say I like stuff like that....I suppose it's not normal for a kid !

Most of your teachers probably grew up with the original so would find it surprising that all this time on, kids are still interested in H2G2.
But so they should be in my opinion!

I'm tapeing the radio series. It's just as good as the book, if not funnier. Ford's alot funnier than he was in the book. RDA, which book are you reading? I've read all five, and I think the first three are the best (and least confusing!). The last book wasn't that good, and it felt unfinished, but it was still interesting. The Marvin bit in the fourth book was sad.

Yeah I know, Marvin's bit was really sad. I'm not one for crying much, but I was about.....7 or 8 when I saw it as a repeat on TV. I'm reading 'Life, the universe and everything.' = 42.

It's infinitely better than the first book 'Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency'.
